  • When will I receive my order?

Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email (or SMS if you chose this option). Most packages take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, but depending on the postal service's efficiency and your location it can take more or less time to arrive. Don't hesitate to contact info@anyixinclothing.com if you have any inquiry about your order.

 

  • What are the shipping rates?

There are no shipping rates to worry about since Anyixin offers Free Shipping on any cart amount and to any destination!

 

  • Where are you located?

Anyixin was originally located in Hong Kong but is now located in Europe (Switzerland, France, UK & Spain). Some products might still be shipped directly from China, others from Europe, Switzerland or UK.

 

  • Do you accept return or exchange?

Yes! You have up to 14 days after receipt of your package to contact info@anyixinclothing.com by email and send your item back in its entirety (no holes, no stains, no stretching, etc...) to get a refund or an exchange.
Note: You will need to cover the shipping cost entirely, so make sure to check the size charts provided on each product page, and to measure yourself properly before placing your order. Yes! Anyixin ships worldwide and for free! So there won't be any surprise costs at checkout.

  • What is the currency conversion rate for non-USD orders?

Use Anyixin's currency drop-down menu to select your country's currency. Prices will be displayed in your selected currency, then processed in US Dollars by Paypal or your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, then finally converted to your local currency. Non-US dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates.
